What information do we collect?

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to
maintain the safety of your personal information
when you place an order or access your personal
information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied
sensitive/credit information is transmitted via
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then
encrypted into our Payment gateway providers
database only to be accessible by those authorized
with special access rights to such systems, and are
required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information
(credit cards, social security numbers, financials,
etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Currently
2NVME.com uses PayPal as our payment gateway and our
in house merchant account payment gateway through
our banking system.
Information
required to process an order using Paypal is
processed through Paypal. We do not store any
information from the use of Paypal with the
exception of the email we receive notifying us that
you have placed an order and the information
required in the email to send you the item you
purchased. Once this transaction is complete you may
request that we delete the email and no further
contact will be made by 2NVME.com.
Information
required to process a order using our merchant
gateway will be acquired by phone and not email.
Once the information is entered into our terminal it
is destroyed unless you the customer request that we
keep the information in your confidential customer
file. 2NVME uses our Native Visions Merchant Account
for all direct Credit Card Purchases. Your bank
statement will show that a charge has been made from
Native visions. 2NVME is the brand we use to market
all Native Visions products.
Do we use cookies?
2NVME.com may use cookies to personalize or enhance your user
experience. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your
hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run
programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely
assigned to you, and can only be read by a Web Server in the domain
that issued the cookie to you. Currently we do not use cookies. Our
Third Party sites may make the use of cookies,
however we have no control to change that.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to
outside parties your personally identifiable
information. This does not include trusted third
parties who assist us in operating our website,
conducting our business, or servicing you, so long
as those parties agree to keep this information
confidential. We may also release your information

with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect
ours or others rights, property, or safety. However,
non-personally identifiable visitor information may
be provided to other parties for marketing,
advertising, or other uses.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA
(Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not
collect any information from anyone under 13 years
of age. Our website, products and services are all
directed to people who are at least 13 years old or
older.

Due to the recent statements by the FTC, we are
compelled to issue the following disclaimer: The
